Disney has shared the Fantasy Springs opening date, a new expansion coming to Tokyo DisneySea that will include sections based on Frozen, Peter Pan, and Tangled.
Ever since it was first announced, fans have been eagerly awaiting an opening date for Fantasy Springs, a new expansion coming to Tokyo Disney Resort. The new area coming to the park will include three separate lands and a hotel. The area will include lands themed after Peter Pan, Frozen, and Tangled, with each including one to two attractions as well as a dining experience. Additionally, the opening will include a new hotel, the Tokyo DisneySea Fantasy Springs Hotel. And now, Disney has revealed the Fantasy Springs opening date.
Fantasy Springs Opening Date
Fantasy Springs will officially open on June 6, 2024, at Tokyo DisneySea. The new land will include Frozen Kingdon, Peter Pan’s Never Land, and Rapunzel’s Forest. Previously, Disney has shared names for the attractions and dining locations that will be coming to each of these sections. Frozen Kingdom will include one new ride and two new dining spots. Peter Pan’s Never Land will be home to two new rides and a dining location. Finally, Rapunzel’s Forest will include a ride and one dining location.
The new land will also include the new Tokyo DisneySea Fantasy Springs Hotel, which will be located right next to the land. While Disney has not confirmed that the hotel will open at the same time, we expect it will likely make its debut when the new land does. The hotel will feature a buffet-style dining experience, as well as La Libellule, serving French cuisine. The hotel will offer beautiful views of the new expansion at Tokyo DisneySea.
We expect we’ll get more sneak peeks at the upcoming land as we get closer to the date, so stay tuned with WDW Magazine for more.
