Hi, welcome to the first issue of WDW Magazine. We are delighted you’ve joined us. This month we are celebrating Fall at Walt Disney World. Fall is a great time of year to visit the Most Magical Place on Earth. There’s good food, there’s good music and a ghostly party.
The first thing we’ll look at is Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party (MNSSHP). It’s held every year in the Magic Kingdom. This year the first party is September 10 and the last one is November 1. There are 23 parties in all. Dad from DadsGuidetoWDW kicks things off with an overview of MNSSHP. Then Brian McNichols from Touringplans drops in to talk about the crowds at the parties.
Next we take a look at the EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival. After an introduction by Stephanie Shuster, Disney Dining gives us their top 10 tips for enjoying the Festival and shares the menus. Then Mommy Frog from Undercover Tourist takes us on a tour of the party. Finally The Princess talks about the Food and Wine Half Marathon.
We’re not done yet. In the First Timers Corner, Dave from yourfirstvisit talks about the best age to take your child for a first visit. Then Lynn from ThePhotographersWife stops by with a report of their trip with their 10 month old son Trent.
