EPCOT Garden Graze Strategy

Before you get started on the 2022 EPCOT Garden Graze stroll, it’s a good idea to make a plan so you can ensure you hit all five locations and get all your Festival Passport stamps. Your strategy will depend on the entrance from which you enter the park.

Entering through the main gate

If you enter EPCOT through the main gate, you’ll be in close proximity to a few different Outdoor Kitchens that you need to cross off your list. First, head to your left and go to EPCOT Sunshine Griddle, which is located near Test Track. Then, walk around World Celebration to Flavor Full Kitchen, which you’ll find nestled between Imagination! and Refreshment Port. Finally, you can hit up Trowel & Trellis, which is right near Disney Traders.

Once you’ve gotten your stamps from these three food booths, it’s time to head to World Showcase. If you go to your left, you’ll find Bauernmarkt: Farmers Market in the Germany Pavilion. After that, continue around the lagoon to find La Isla Fresca, your last stop.

Now that you have all five stamps (and a super happy belly), head back toward Port of Entry, where you first entered the World Showcase. Here, you’ll find Pineapple Promenade where your extra special festival-exclusive treat is waiting for you!

Entering through the International Gateway

If you’re coming into EPCOT from Hollywood Studios or the Disney Skyliner, your best bet is to visit the Outdoor Kitchens around World Showcase first. Head to your right and hit up La Isla Fresca, then continue around the lagoon to Bauernmarkt in the Germany Pavilion.

Next walk toward Port of Entry so you can get your food and stamp from Trowel & Trellis, and then continue on into World Celebration to get your goodies from Flavor Full Kitchen and EPCOT Sunshine Griddle.

Once you’ve completed the booths in World Celebration, head back toward Port of Entry and Trowel & Trellis and collect your special treat from Pineapple Promenade!

2022 EPCOT Garden Graze: What’s on the Menu?

So you know where you need to go to get the stamps on your Festival Passport in order to complete the 2022 EPCOT Garden Graze, but you also need to know what to order and from where. Here are the five dishes you’ll need to try to complete the food stroll.

Millennials, listen up! We know you just love avocado toast, and the dish at EPCOT Sunshine Griddle is definitely going to be the best one you’ve ever tried. It’s served with marinated toybox tomatoes on toasted ciabatta.

Grilled Baby Vegetables

Who said vegetables have to be boring? At Trowel & Trellis, get the Grilled Baby Vegetables that are served with hummus cream and red pepper coulis. You’ll never look at a vegetable the same way again once you’ve tasted this incredible dish.

Potato Pancakes

Nothing screams “German cuisine” quite like potato pancakes. At Bauernmarkt: Farmers Market, the Potato Pancakes come with house-made applesauce that’ll tantalize your taste buds without overwhelming the simplicity of the potato dish.

Finish off your meal with the Coconut Tres Leches from La Isla Fresca. This delectable vanilla cake is soaked in oat milk, almond milk, and coconut milk, and topped with toasted coconut.

Prize: A Festival-Exclusive Treat
