Japan’s Shi Wasu Holiday Kitchen menu at Festival of the Holidays has surprising flavors that are likely to be your new favorite. Disney recently released 2020 menu details, but we found out the prices, took photos, and will honestly review the food.

The Japan booth at Festival of the Holidays, or Shi Wasu (in English, December) Holiday Kitchen always has surprising new favorites. Here’s the latest on what they are serving up at the Shi Wasu Holiday Kitchen.

Food:

  • New Year Celebration Soba; $7.25
    • Buckwheat Soba Noodles in Hot Dashi Soup with Kakiage (Vegetable Tempura) and Chopped Green Onion
  • Chirashi Sushi Tree; $6.00
    • Sashimi-grade Tuna, Salmon, Ikura and Yellowtail with Vegetables decorated on a bed of rice
  • Ichigo Mont Blanc Tart (New); $7.00
    • Strawberry and Bavarian Cream-filled Tart sprinkled with Konpeito (New)

Drinks:

  • Ichigo Milk Boba; $5.25
    • Cranberry and Yuzu Cream Drink with Japanese Calpico and popping Strawberry Boba Pearls (non-alcoholic)
  • Sapporo Draft Beer; 6 oz $4.25, 12 oz. $8.50
  • Tsubaki Whiskey Sour; $7.75
    • Plum Wine with Whiskey, Cranberry Juice, Sugar, and Lemon
