One of the best parts of taking a Disney cruise: There’s plenty of fun for kids of all ages. If you’re planning to board the Disney Wish next year and you’re hoping to enjoy some more adult experiences, you’re in for a treat.
Disney last week revealed some of what its newest cruise ship has in store exclusively for guests ages 18 and up. And it includes an awesome first for Disney Cruise Line—in addition to the first Disney attraction at sea.

Among the newly announced attractions on the Disney Wish are the Outdoor Oasis at Senses Spa, Untangled Salon, and a trio of bars and lounges.
Outdoor Oasis at Senses Spa
Can you believe that there’s never been an outdoor spa space on a Disney cruise ship before? Well, that all changes next June when the all-new Disney Wish sets sail.
The Disney Wish will be the first ship to boast a dedicated outdoor relaxation space. With a calming Rainforest theme, Outdoor Oasis at Senses Spa offers all the upscale amenities of a day at the spa.
It’s your vacation and you deserve to unwind. Outdoor Oasis makes it easy with features like ergonomic lounge chairs, sensory spa showers, and steam rooms.
Stuck on the ocean with nowhere to go and get your doo did before dinner? Disney Wish has your back (and your hair) with the Untangled Salon.
Influenced by the story of Rapunzel—of course—Untangled Salon is a beautiful and vibrant space perfect for some prime pampering.
So what can you get done at Untangled Salon? Everything from haircuts and styling to manicures and pedicures to teeth whitening.
Disney Wish offers not one but two places to get a trim. Hook’s Barbery, styled to look straight out of Neverland, is a traditional-style European’ men’s salon that covers everything from shaving and beard trimming to nail and skincare.
Oh, and the best part? There’s a hidden bar that’s stocked with spirits like pre-Prohibition bourbon and aged rum. How’s that for the pirate’s life?
Bars and Lounges Galore
Want a romantic, chill evening with your partner? You’ll have a few cool bars and lounges to choose from on the Disney Wish.
Keg & Compass offers a Norse-influenced pub setting replete with a trio of exclusive craft brews and plenty of fine wines, spirits, and cocktails. Sit for a spell and spit out your saltiest shanty, shall ye?
Nightingale’s is a piano bar ideal for some delicious champagne and perhaps a dance or two. Drawing inspiration from the song “Sing Sweet Nightingale” from Cinderella, the bar is also an extension of the theme you’ll find in the gorgeous Grand Hall.
And if you’re feeling froggy, you can head on down to The Bayou for the best beignets this side of N’awlins. Inspired by The Princess and the Frog, this lounge promises creative cocktails and specialty coffees—so you can probably bet there’s some Sazerac and chicory involved.
The Disney Wish sets sail next spring, and it’s promising to be a heck of an experience for all ages. You can book your cruise now—be sure to share this news with your friends first if they need a nudge to come along.
