If you’ve been watching our Disney Wish coverage, you know that the new ship has so much to discover, including a wishing star in the atrium, a secret hatch for kids, and even Disney’s first attraction at sea.

That means everyone will be in a frenzy to book! Here’s exactly when you can book based on DCL and Disney Parks memberships, get a quick list of sail dates, and find out the cheapest time to book in 2022.

How to Book Early for Disney Wish

DVC Members, Adventure Insiders, and previous DCL cruisers have the opportunity to book early for 2022 Disney Wish dates.

Castaway Club Members

• Platinum:
  • 25 or more cruises: Monday, May 17
  • 20 or more cruises: Tuesday, May 18
  • 15 or more cruises: Wednesday, May 19
  • All Platinum members: Thursday, May 20
• Gold: Friday, May 24
• Silver: Saturday, May 26

DVC Members and Adventure Insiders can start booking on May 25.

The general public can start booking on May 27th.

Contact your travel agent to book. DVC Members will need to call Member Services at (800) 800-9800 starting at 8:00 AM Eastern Time to book with Reservation Points. To make a cash-only booking, call (866) 325-6348. Adventure Insiders should call (888) 272-0644 starting at 8:00 AM Eastern Time.

Disney Wish Dates

After a couple of special sailings to kick things off, The Wish will alternate between 3-night and 4-night cruises throughout the summer and fall of 2022.

2/3/22 UPDATE: Disney has delayed the maiden voyage of the Disney Wish due to construction delays. Read more here.

June 9-14 marks the Maiden Voyage, a 5-Night Bahamian Cruise to Nassau and Castaway Cay.

Next up is a special DVC sailing, June 14-17. (DVC members need to call Member Services at 800-800-9800 or 407-566-3800 on Monday, May 17, 2021, at 8:00 AM to book.)

After these two voyages, the Disney Wish will be sailing non-stop from June 17 to Sept 30, 2022, alternating between 3-night and 4-night cruises.

All of the following Disney Wish voyages will stop at Nassau and Castaway Cay.

Disney Wish Prices

Disney Wish pricing is comparable to current Disney Dream pricing.

3-Night Bahamian cruises aboard the Disney Wish start at $1,827 for an inside stateroom. Prices vary as you explore other stateroom categories and in-demand sailing dates.

To compare, a similar 3-night May 20-23, 2022 Disney Dream sailing is currently priced at $1,773 for an inside stateroom.

4-Night Bahamian cruises start at $2,061 for an inside stateroom aboard the Disney Wish. Again, this is fairly comparable to the current prices for the Disney Dream sailing the same itinerary.

Which Disney Wish Cruise is the Cheapest?

Cruise prices tend to go up in the summer, as families are taking a vacation, school is out, and cruise vacations are in high demand.

The 3-Night Bahamian cruises aboard the Disney Wish will be around $3,000 for an inside stateroom in June and July.

Those who can hold out until late August or September could save about $1,000 by booking the least expensive mid-to late-September cruises when an inside stateroom will cost $1,827 for two passengers.

Prices for 4-Night Bahamian cruises will hover closer to $4,000 for two passengers in an inside stateroom in the peak of summer but will drop during August to settle in at $2,061 price for mid-and late-September cruises once school is back in session.
