The Disney Vero Beach Green Cabin Room has expanded its offerings so we can start our day with a morning cocktail and keep that buzz strong during the early evening Adult Beverage Experiences. Thanks, Disney. You get us.
Disney’s Vero Beach resort is known for its beautiful setting along Florida’s Atlantic coast and for its many activities that include golf, water sports, and arts and crafts. It’s also home to the famous Green Cabin Room—a popular spot for predinner cocktails, snacks, and after-dinner coffee.
Oh, and the view of the beach from the outdoor porch doesn’t hurt, either.

Now, the Green Cabin Room is expanding its offerings to include morning hours (8 to 11 AM) for those who want to enjoy a breakfast cocktail on vacation. Of course, you can also find the usual coffee drinks, as well as a selection of yummy pastries to get your day off to a good (and tasty) start.
And in the evenings from 4 to 5 PM, the Green Cabin Room will feature “Adult Beverage Experiences,” focused on a different spirit each night to help you unwind before you head to one of the resort’s restaurants or out on the town.

The Spirit(s) of the Green Cabin Room
If you’re a bourbon fan, make sure you visit the Green Cabin Room on Thursdays or Sundays. The bar will serve a variety of different bourbons for you to sample; or, if you prefer, you can opt for a bourbon-based cocktail like an old fashioned or the “Vero Beach Lemonade,” which is exclusive to the resort.

Prefer rum? Captain Jack Sparrow approves. Head to the Green Cabin Room on Wednesdays or Saturdays to get your fill of rum, either straight or in a cocktail like a dark and stormy or a “Turtle Krawl” (a drink that originated at Disney’s Old Key West Resort). Both rum and bourbon nights are accompanied by charcuterie boards so you can feel super fancy and sophisticated while getting your snack on.

Margarita lovers can get their fill on Tuesdays and Fridays, when the Green Cabin Room will feature three different margaritas paired perfectly with chips, salsa, and guacamole (no charcuterie in sight).

Finally, Mondays are for martinitis; whether you like yours shaken or stirred, with an olive or an onion, you can enjoy a Vero Beach twist on the classic cocktail before you head out for the evening.
To experience “Adult Beverage Experiences” at Disney’s Vero Beach Resort, you’ll need to stop by Eb & Flo’s to make a reservation. For your morning coffee or pastry, just stop in and take your pick of the delicious offerings. Bon appetit, and bottoms up!
