We’re taking you through a walkthrough of a Disney Dream Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah aboard the ship.
Are you thinking about booking a cruise aboard the Disney Dream but are wondering what exactly is included in a stateroom? There are four different types of staterooms on Disney Cruise Line’s Dream ship, including Concierge, Oceanview with Verandah, Oceanview, and Inside. We’re taking you inside a Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with a Verandah aboard the Disney Dream so you know exactly what to expect before boarding.
What’s Included in A Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom Aboard the Disney Dream
If you book a Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with a Verandah, the moment you open the door to your stateroom, you will have a closet as well as two small bathrooms – one with a shower and sink and one with a toilet and sink. Plus, the bathroom with the toilet also has shelves, allowing for you to store toiletries such as deodorant, perfume, makeup, etc.

The shower is a bit on the smaller side, especially if you have someone taller in your party, however, the shower size is pretty much the same regardless of the type of stateroom you book.

One of the highlights about the bathrooms on the Disney Dream Verandah stateroom is that the bathroom with the toilet and the bathroom with the shower are in separate rooms, so if someone is in the shower, someone else in the party can still utilize the toilet if need be.
In regard to storage space, the closet in the stateroom is extremely spacious and has plenty of room for clothes as well as a small set of shelves for your shoes. The closet also has a locked safe, a laundry bag, and life jackets in case of emergencies.
Sleeping Arrangements Aboard the Disney Dream Verandah Stateroom
Oceanview Verandah rooms on the Disney Dream tend to sleep 3 to 5 guests depending on the type of room. Every room includes a queen bed as well as a small dresser at the foot of the bed, with a handful of shelves for your clothes. Next to the queen bed, guests will find a small nightstand with a small drawer – one on either side.

Once Guests walk past the sleeping area, they will find the living area, which doubles as the second sleeping area as it includes a sleeper sofa as well as an upper berth pull-down bed.

Between the queen bed and the sleeper sofa, Guests will find a privacy curtain, which is perfect for families with different sleep schedules.
The Private Verandah View
The cruise experience will enhance the second you slide open the glass door and step out on your very own private deck, which includes two patio chairs and a small glass table.

Start your day off on the right foot with a cup of coffee and some pastries while enjoying the ocean view – or, after you put the kids to bed, end your day with a bottle of wine and the peacefulness of the ocean waves while looking out at the starry night sky. Regardless of your preference, the private verandah allows all types of families to enjoy the views and sounds of the ocean all while in your very own space.
