In 2025, you’ll have a number of options if you’re hoping to set sail with Disney Cruise Line and visit a tropical island destination. The Disney Fantasy, Disney Dream, Disney Magic, and Disney Wish will all offer a variety of itineraries that sail from Florida to different Bahamian destinations.
In early 2025, these Disney Cruise Line ships will offer three- to five-night getaways that take travelers to places like Disney’s beloved Castaway Cay and the all-new Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point. Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point is the newest and totally unique new island retreat on the island of Eleuthera, where families can experience the natural beauty of the island, Bahamian culture, and some special Disney experiences.
The Disney Fantasy and Disney Wish will set sail from Port Canaveral in 2025, and the Disney Dream and Disney Magic will leave out of Fort Lauderdale. All four ships will head to one of the above Disney island destinations, and each ship will also offer at least one special itinerary that sails to both Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point and Castaway Cay.
The Disney Treasure Will Welcome Guests in 2025
The newest addition to the Disney Cruise Line fleet is currently under construction, and we can’t wait to experience all that it has to offer soon! This new ship, the Disney Treasure, is preparing to take its maiden voyage in December 2024. Once that maiden voyage is complete, the Treasure will embark on its inaugural sailing season.
During its first season at sea, the Disney Treasure will offer seven-night itineraries to the Eastern and Western Caribbean, sailing out of Port Canaveral. Guests aboard Eastern Caribbean sailing will head to Tortola in the British Virgin Islands, Castaway Cay, and either San Juan, Puerto Rico or St. Thomas. Those who join Western Caribbean sailings will visit Falmouth in Jamaica, Grand Cayman, and Cozumel, Mexico.
Of course, during your weeklong sailing onboard the Treasure, you’ll also have plenty of time to explore all of the incredible entertainment, dining, and more on the ship. Learn more about what’s in store for Guests aboard the Disney Treasure here.

As 2025 gets underway, the Disney Wonder will wrap up its second sailing season in Australia and New Zealand. You’ll have the chance to join a special 15-night South Pacific cruise as the ship travels back to North America, an itinerary that takes you from Sydney, Australia to Honolulu, Hawaii.
Once the Disney Wonder is back in Hawaii, two additional special sailings will also be offered in early 2025. You can book a nine-night Hawaiian Island cruise and travel from Honolulu to Vancouver, Canada or take a five-night cruise from Vancouver to San Diego, California.
From there, the Wonder will explore the Pacific Ocean and Mexico’s western coastline with regular sailings. Based in San Diego, the Wonder will offer three- to seven-night itineraries that travel to the Mexican Riviera or the Baja Peninsula. With so many wide-ranging options, it’ll be an exciting season to sail on the Disney Wonder!
Sail Out of Texas Aboard the Disney Magic
Before the Disney Magic makes Fort Lauderdale its home port for future sailings, it’ll spend some time in Galveston, Texas during the first months of 2025. In January, February, and March 2025, you’ll have the opportunity to sail out of Galveston and visit Progreso and Cozumel in Mexico and Grand Cayman. These sailings won’t be around throughout the rest of the year, so you’ll want to make sure to experience one if you haven’t yet!
Additionally, the Magic will offer a special seven-night sailing in April 2025. This itinerary will take Guests from Galveston to San Juan, Puerto Rico – and it’ll stop at both Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point and Castaway Cay along the way. Then, the Magic will end its journey in Fort Lauderdale.
