This Spanish restaurant, which serves up food truck fare from award-winning celebrity Chef José Andrés, is the ideal quick-service spot to visit for a quick yet pleasing meal.
Inspired by his popular Washington, D.C. food truck, this brick-and-mortar restaurant features a menu filled with flavorful comfort food. Each dish celebrates the flavors of Spain, and it’s the perfect opportunity to try something fresh – from hot and cold Spanish-style bocatas (sandwiches) to gazpacho to refreshing sangria, it’s all a treat. And we were lucky enough to get a taste of the world-class lunch and dinner offerings available.

Pepito de Ternera

This satisfying sandwich features tender flat iron steak with caramelized onion, cheese, roasted green peppers, and mayo. Served hot, each bite will melt in your mouth!
Super Flauta de Jamón

Named for the Spanish word for “flute,” this sandwich is big enough to share! It’s made with cured ham, tomato fresco, and manchego cheese.
Futbol Club

Stuffed with fried-to-perfection chicken breast and topped with bacon, tomato, lettuce, and a lot of mayo (which Chef José loves!), this is one satisfying sandwich! Plus, you can switch out the fried chicken for chicken breast if you’d like.
Churros

Whether you’re enjoying them as a snack or a sweet finish to your meal, Pepe’s churros are perfectly fried, crispy, and airy. The sweetness is balanced out by the subtle bitterness of the chocolate sauce (served on the side).
Strawberry and Vanilla Ice Cream

If you’re in need of a cool treat to beat the heat, this ice cream is a standout! Pepe partners with local Southern Hill Farms to source the freshest strawberries, and the result is this creamy, fresh ice cream that includes plenty of fun flavors and textures with its toppings.
