Cotino, a Storyliving by Disney Community, Unveils New “Incredible” Member Spaces

by | Mar 24, 2023 | News Outside the Parks

Featuring clubhouses and shared community spaces inspired by Disney and Pixar’s Incredibles 2, you can expect Cotino to immerse you in real-life magic.

Cotino, the first Storyliving by Disney community, is well on its way to becoming a reality – and we’ve got your first look at some of the “incredible” spaces you’ll be able to visit once it opens in Rancho Mirage, California!

Cotino community members who purchase an exclusive membership for the Artisan Club will be able to enjoy an exciting selection of offerings, all of which include special Disney and Pixar touches. And that includes the chance to step inside one of the iconic buildings from Incredibles 2: Parr House, the midcentury home of the Incredibles themselves.

The Artisan Club will immerse members and their guests in an environment that feels like it’s straight out of the film. With iconic decor, curated art, and rich color schemes, Parr House will sit along the shoreline of the grand oasis at the heart of Cotino. It’ll be a central gathering place for the community’s club members, with room for special events, celebrations, and even limited overnight accommodations.

Inside Parr House, you’ll find the main entertaining room, which features a towering indoor/outdoor rockwork fireplace. The space will spread out into five bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a boardroom, and an art studio. Along the exterior, Parr House will feature an elevated patio that allows visitors to take in stunning views of the grand oasis and the larger mountain-filled Rancho Mirage landscape.

”As the Cotino community continues to come to life, we are excited to share more information about the many opportunities Artisan Club members will have to experience Disney magic right outside their front door and down the block,” said Claire Bilby, senior vice president and general manager of Disney Signature Experiences Emerging Businesses. “From Disney entertainment and events to spaces inspired by Disney stories, club members will truly experience Disney story living.”

And Parr House is only the beginning! In addition to this Incredibles-inspired space, Artisan Club members will also have access to a Disney-themed clubhouse complex. Here, members will find spaces for dining, wellness, art, recreation, and entertainment. Each of the amenities is being designed by Disney Imagineers to foster community connections and encourage individual passions – and Disney cast members will oversee the clubhouse’s operations.

Additionally, club members will also get access to special areas within the Cotino community, such as the waterfront clubhouse, a club-only beach area and recreational water activities, and Disney entertainment, excursions, and events (for an additional fee).

Ready to become a member? When the Artisan Club launches its membership program, both Cotino residents and nonresidents will be able to join. For the latest news about Cotino and other Storyliving by Disney updates, visit storylivingbydisney.com
