2022 Baked Scampi Dip Review
- Baked Scampi Dip; $6.00
- With shrimp, scallops, and baguette
“One of the best foods at the fest. This dip is so savory and packed with flavor, we actually topped our Traditional Mac and Cheese from the Mac and Eats booth to give that dish some booth. Our only complaint is that the bread runs out before you’ve finished the dip (hence our mac & cheese improvisation).”
2022 Oysters Rockefeller Review
- Oysters Rockefeller; $7.50
“These oysters were done very well, with just the right ratio of salty crunch and cheesy flavor. The bread crumbs didn’t overpower the brine of the oysters—a great balance of well-cooked oysters and delicious crispy toppings.”
