2022 Pan-fried Chicken Dumplings Review
- Pan-fried Chicken Dumplings; $5.00
- With house-made sweet-and-spicy sauce
“The filling was flavorful however the skin was way too tough to even enjoy the inside.”
2022 Dandan Noodles Review
- Dandan Noodles; $8.25
- Spicy pork with Sichuan sauce, peanut butter, sesame, and green onion

2022 Mongolian Beef Bao Bun Review
- Mongolian Beef Bao Bun; $7.25
- With onion
“The bao bun itself was very moist and pillowy, the meat was delicious, tender, and sweet. The components included were both good but it was slightly plain, it was missing a fresh element. If there was a pickled vegetable of some sort or a nice sauce it would have been perfect.”
2022 Passion Fruit Bubble Tea Review
- Passion Fruit Bubble Tea; $7.25
“Those used to a milk bubble tea might be a bit surprised at this one. I myself was expecting a milk tea but was delightfully surprised by this fizzy, light, and refreshing creation. The boba balls were very soft and paired well with the cheerful passion fruit taste of the tea. This drink is not too sweet … the perfect summer sipper.”

2022 Fireworks Review
- Fireworks; $5.00
- Jose Cuervo Gold Tequila, Smirnoff Vodka, orange, and mango
“The orange juice with vodka and tequila (we got a generous pour) is a delicious refresher on a hot Florida day. This festival has a few mango drinks available, but I’m not sure this is really one of them. The orange is overpowering–we didn’t get a lot of mango flavor. But the orange/vodka/tequila combo still made this a delicious fruity drink without too much sweetness.”
