Wild Mushroom Risotto

WDW Magazine Communications Director, Tatjana Lazar: “My all-time fav EPCOT festival dish! This is always a must-have. As a huge fan of risotto, truffle, and parmesan, this dish hits all my sensory receptors in the best possible way. The creaminess of the risotto with luscious truffle and cheese is decadently mixed into a perfect comfort food that will have you ‘mmmmm out loud.”

- Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine – Red
WDW Magazine Reporter, Tina Chiu: “I love beets, so I was really excited about this dish. It has some kind of cheese on it—goat cheese, bleu cheese, feta? Whatever it is, it’s a nice contrast with the sweetness of the beet.”
Roasted Bone Marrow

- With onion marmalade, pickled mushrooms, mache lettuce, and bone marrow snow
WDW Magazine Reporter, Tina Chiu: “I’d never had bone marrow before, but Tatjana [our Communications Director] says it’s supposed to taste like butter. The flavor’s really good, but if you’re supposed to eat it on the bread, they need to increase the portion size. There’s too much ‘slimy broth stuff’ compared to the bread offering.”
