Regina Varolli is the Managing Editor of DLR Magazine, where she combines her passion for editing and writing with her life-long love of Disneyland Resort. Born on Buena Vista just across from Disney Studios, Gina has felt a connection to Disney her whole life. The daughter of a chef-dad from Northern Italy and a restaurateur-mom from Los Angeles, Gina is the author of the Amazon Bestseller "99 Thing You Wish You Knew Before Going to Culinary School", and an accomplished food journalist whose traveled the globe on culinary adventures, judged international competitions, and interviewed many of the most famous chefs in the world. When she’s not at DLR or cooking and baking for friends, she’s riding her horse Lex in Griffith Park—the same park where Walt dreamed up the idea for Disneyland!
