Aunty’s Beach House To Reopen With New After Hours Activities

After a long hiatus, Aunty’s Beach House is reopening with new “after hours” programming.

Located on the island of Oahu in Hawaii, Aunty’s is Aulani’s kids club.

As part of Aulani’s phased reopening, Aunty’s will open its doors again on May 25 (with health and safety protocols in place).

And for the first time ever, Aunty is letting the kids stay up a little later to enjoy some new after-hours activities. Mahalo, Aunty!

Kids can explore Hawaiian culture with complimentary activities on “Uncle’s Side” of the house. Each day is given a theme which determines the games, crafts, and other activities that are on the agenda.

For an additional fee, your kids can participate in a number of premium activities on “Aunty’s Side” of the house. They’ll even take home a souvenir keepsake!

SURF’S UP! – A Surfin’, Fishin’ and Dancin’ Party!

Kids can surf with Max, Goofy’s son and star of one of our favorite Disney feel-good movies. They’ll decorate their own mini surfboard, get a fishing lesson from Goofy, and have a dance party. All in a day’s work at Aulani.

Kakamora Chaos with Moana

Meet Moana of Motunui. Like your kids, she’s visiting Aulani too. She’s eager to teach everyone at Aunty’s how to play the Kakamora Relay, a traditional game from her home island. (Maybe she’ll spill the beans on that new Moana EPCOT attraction too …)

Kids club by day, family-friendly entertainment venue by night.

New for 2022, after hours activities will run from 4 PM to 9 PM. This is an Aunty’s Beach House first!

When the sun goes down, families can participate in a variety of activities with both free and premium options.

  • Learn how to play the ukulele.
  • Take an animation lesson.
  • Make memories with surfing-themed photo ops.

Reserving Time At Aunty’s Beach House

Aunty’s Beach House programming for children ages 5 to 12 runs everyday between 8 AM and 2 PM.

Complimentary activities at Aunty’s can be booked in a 1.5 hour block. Additionally, two hours of premium activities on “Aunty’s Side” of the house can be booked at an extra fee.

If you’re hoping to get a spot for your kids when Aunty’s reopens on May 25, your booking window opens on May 11 at 7 AM. All reservations need to be made two weeks in advance.

Visit the official Aunty’s Beach House page or call (808) 674-6943 to make your reservation.

Health & Safety Protocols In Effect

Aunty’s will reopen on May 25 with the same safety protocols we’ve gotten used to over the last couple of years. That means mask requirements, physical distancing during activities, and temperature checks.

Fun For The Whole ’Ohana

With Aunty’s back up and running, a trip to Aulani will really feel like going home. Plus, the new after hours activities will give families even more ways to make memories in Disney paradise.
