Disney has shared a first look at the updated Artist’s Palette menu that will be coming to Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa.
If you’ll be visiting Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa soon, you’re in for a treat! The hotel’s quick-service service location, The Artist’s Palette, will be debuting a newly updated menu starting August 9th, with new eats and more coming for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!

The new menu will feature new food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with delicious eats for the whole family beginning later this week.
Breakfast at The Artist’s Palette
For breakfast, start your day with the plant-based Avocado Toast, featuring avocado, cherry tomatoes, radish, pickled red onions, arugula, and “aïoli” on toasted sunflower bread.

You can also grab the French Toast Strata, a returning breakfast offering updated with a crème anglaise. It’s served with fresh berries and your choice of bacon or sausage.

Lunch at The Artist’s Palette
For lunch, you’ll have a grab-and-go market section with offerings like the new Charcutiere, made with the Chef’s selection of cheeses, cured meats, and traditional accompaniments. You can also pick up the Turkey BLT served with chef’s house-made pimento cheese.

For another sandwich option, you’ll have the Beef on Weck, inspired by “the classic mainstay of the region.” It’s made with sliced brisket and horseradish cream on a caraway brioche bun served with au jus and Saratoga chips. Another option is the Tuna Salad Sandwich on toasted sunflower bread.

There’s also pizza! The Artist’s Palette will have a pizza hearth with dough prepared in-house. You can enjoy the returning Margherita Pizza, updated with mozzarella, fresh pizza sauce, and basil pistou on house-made pizza dough.

Dinner at The Artist’s Palette
Dinner at The Artist’s Palette will begin at 4 PM, with three create-your-own entrées: the Homestyle Meatloaf, Sautéed Garlic Shrimp, and Herb-roasted Chicken. All three options are served with your choice of two sides, Yukon gold mashed potatoes, garlic green beans, roasted rainbow carrots, steamed white rice, or edamame succotash.

For fans of the Saratoga Salad, it will be returning, along with the Ham & Cheese Panini with sliced ham, smoked gouda, dijon mustard, and quattro formaggi spread.

As for desserts, there will be the Derby Day Pie with chocolate-nut filling topped with buttercream and horseshoe décor. as well as the signature Artist’s Palette Cookie, a sugar cookie with icing ‘paint’ and strawberry biscuit stick ‘paintbrush.’
