A Disney mega-fan attended a very special Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure preview.
Last weekend, while we were all eating Christmas leftovers, one lucky fan got to preview Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure at EPCOT, which Imagineers confirm will still open in 2021.
Emily Jacobsen is such a huge fan of Ratatouille that she took to TikTok to express her love for Remy with a fun little song.
“I just started singing this song about Remy, the main character, to myself. And I thought it was funny, particularly catchy,” she told Inside Edition Digital’s Leigh Scheps.
The silly song actually goes, “Remy, the Ratatouille, the rat of all my dreams…” It’s quirky appeal soon bloomed into a community phenomenon.
If you didn’t catch the fever in November, this video will catch you up on all things Ratatouille, the TikTok Musical:

Disney Took Notice
It’s not every day our favorite little chef gets a lot of attention, so you can bet that the creators of Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure took notice of the overtures building up on TikTok.
During a vacation to Walt Disney World, Jacobsen was invited to not only meet Remy (in a socially-distanced kind of way) but also get a sneak peek at the new ride!
Let’s join Emily for a tour:
During her visit, she chatted with Imagineer Brandon about the architecture and detail that has gone into the elaborate reimagining of the France Pavilion.
Not only did she get to learn about the exterior changes, but Jacobsen was also invited to a special Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure preview!
