We attended a special ceremony at EPCOT today, where Disney announced the two new 2026-2027 Walt Disney World Ambassadors: Kylee Withers and Phelicia Blake.
As 2025 comes to a close, so too does the current Walt Disney World Ambassador program. For the last two years, Ambassadors Shannon and Serena have advocated for Cast Members and helped share their stories with a wider audience.
Today, in a special ceremony at EPCOT, Shannon and Serena figuratively passed the torch to the two new 2026-2027 Walt Disney World Ambassadors, and WDW Magazine was there to congratulate them.
Introducing Kylee Withers and Phelicia Blake

Before becoming a Disney World Ambassador today, Kylee Withers was a senior financial analyst supporting the merchandise team. Phelicia Blake formerly worked as a front office leader at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort.
After they were named the two new Walt Disney World Ambassadors, we got a chance to chat with each of them. Both Kylee and Phelicia credit former Walt Disney World Ambassador Nathaniel Palma as their inspiration for applying to become our next Ambassadors.
“It’s been a dream for a very, very long time,” said Kylee. “I met Nathaniel Palma on my college program, and I didn’t know what the Walt Disney World Ambassador was, and so he inspired that. It’s been over a 10-year journey to get to this point, and it’s truly a dream come true.”

Phelicia agreed, saying Nathanial “is the one who showed me truly what an Ambassador is.”
We asked both Kylee and Phelicia what they hope to get out of this experience.
“I’m excited about all the things we know are happening at the resort, but I’m more excited for the things we don’t even know about yet,” Kylee said. “I can’t wait to be there for those moments that are unknown.”
“I’m just most excited about getting to share it with all of the Cast here,” Phelicia added. “They were here today, and it was such an exciting moment. So to get to do that over the next two years is going to be incredible.”
