Disney has just announced its 2026-2027 Disneyland Ambassadors: Michele Mary and Oralia Neria Felix.
This year marks the 60th anniversary of the Disney Ambassador program. The original Disneyland Ambassador was Julie Reihm Casaletto; according to D23, Walt “needed a representative who could travel the world, speaking for Walt when he could not be there in person.”
That role became an essential part of Disneyland’s operations — and eventually expanded to Disney Parks around the world.
Today, two Ambassadors represent Disneyland at the same time, and their Ambassadorship runs for two years. As we close out year two of the current Ambassador program, Disney has announced the next two Disneyland Ambassadors who will carry the torch into 2026 and 2027.

Disney announced their new roles at a special ceremony, attended by family and friends, select guests, other Cast Members, and the outgoing Disneyland Ambassadors, Jada Young and Raul Aquino Rojas.
Introducing Oralia Neria Felix
Oralia started her Disney journey as an attractions Cast Member at Cars Land in Disney California Adventure in 2017. But Oralia has always been a hard worker — she’s a first-generation Mexican American who earned a bachelor’s degree in theater arts and a master’s degree in business administration — so she moved up through the ranks quickly.
Eventually, Oralia became a Step Into the Magic facilitator, a role that saw her welcoming new Cast Members in both English and Spanish. Next, Oralia became a training specialist with Operations Training, helping with the onboarding process for new Disneyland Cast Members.
“The most emotional part of the day was seeing my parents’ faces when my name got called,” Oralia said when she was named the next Disneyland Ambassador. “I’m so happy that I can make them proud and know that they’ve touched every part of my journey.”
Introducing Michele Mary
Michele started her Disney career back in 2000, working in resort transportation and parking at Disneyland. She earned her bachelor’s degree in geology and, after five years with the company, left to earn her master’s (also in geology).
Eventually, the magic of Disney beckoned Michele back to Disneyland, where she first worked in merchandise and then returned as a leader to transportation and parking.
“I can’t wait to make everybody at this resort and company proud by showing off the wonderful place we call home,” Michele said upon being named one of the next Ambassadors.
