If there’s one dish that Guests can’t stop buzzing about at Disney California Adventure, it’s the birria – and this year, the opportunity to try those saucy, savory tacos in eggroll form is just too irresistible! The beef-based dish is definitely going to be in high demand. Expect Lucky 8 Lantern to be the booth that captures everyone’s attention, especially with the pairing of the adorable clementine-inspired mousse cakes being served.

2023 Lucky 8 Lantern Food

• Quesabirria Eggroll with Guajillo pepper consommé filled with Oaxaca cheese, beef birria, and a side of guajillo pepper consommé (NEW for 2023!)
• Mandarin Mousse Cake: Layers of mandarin mousse with vanilla cake and clementine compote finished with white chocolate crunch balls and a tangerine glaze (NEW for 2023!)

2023 Lucky 8 Lantern Drinks

• Coconut-Lavender Matcha Foam Iced Coffee: Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Co. French Bistro Blend, coconut milk, coconut cream, and white chocolate sauce garnished with lavender matcha, coconut foam, sea salt, and purple sanding sugar (Non-alcoholic) (NEW for 2023!)
