  • With parsnip purée, broccolini, baby tomatoes, and aged balsamic

WDW Magazine Editorial Director, Rain Blanken: “It’s called ‘short rib,’ but I think the parsnip puree was the most enlightening bit on the plate. The beef was good and cooked well, but really did its beef thing and was purely outshined by the uncommon parsnip mash. Swirl the beef pieces in the parsnips, spear a bit of veggies, and you’ve got the perfect bite.”

A Play on Rosé Flight

WDW Magazine Editorial Director, Rain Blanken: “Try the world! Anytime a booth offers a flight, please go for it. Better to try three things at an EPCOT Festival. It’s all about discovery! These rosé choices are dry enough to perfectly pair with a mildly sweet treat.”
