The Figment scavenger hunt at EPCOT is full of artistic inspiration — here’s where to find him.

Each EPCOT festival features a beloved activity enjoyed by guests of all ages: the festival scavenger hunt. This year, Figment is returning as the mascot of the 2023 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts, and he’s brought back the fun Figment’s Brush with the Masters. 

Figment is a big fan of all the classic masterpieces and wants to learn more about them by placing himself into the artwork itself! Travel the World Showcase to find the pieces of art and place the corresponding sticker on the map to represent the location.

How to Play Disney Figment’s Brush with the Masters

First, you will need to purchase a scavenger hunt map and stickers for $9.99 (before discounts or tax). 

You can find maps at participating locations including Creations, Disney Traders, World Traveler, Gateway Gifts and Festival Market booths throughout the World Showcase.

Tips for Finding Figment

1. There is a mixture of both indoor and outdoor locations. So, be sure to explore different shops in the countries. 
2. You don’t have to complete the hunt all at once (or even complete it at all!) to receive your prize. 
3. All the paintings have a golden frame with a Figment on the bottom to help differentiate them from existing artwork in that pavilion. 

Spoilers: Where Figment’s Masterpieces Are Located

Now that we’ve covered the details, let’s begin with the fun part! I started my hunt in Mexico but you can start in any country you’d like.

Mexico

Figment is in the mood for some shopping! You can find him coming out of the volcano in Landscape Near the Volcano Figment inside the La Tienda Encantada shop.

Norway

The Figment painting Over the Falls can be found at the Fjording Gift Shop as you exit the Frozen ride. 

China

This artwork is outdoors but does require you to venture further into the China Pavilion. Towards the back entrance of the House of Good Fortune gift shop, you’ll find The Ox and Dragon hanging on the wall behind two red pillars.

Germany

Head towards Volkskunst gift shop inside Germany to find At the Heart of All Creation hanging on the wall. 

Italy

Where else would Figment be besides among all the other amazing artworks. Figment is helping George Washington cross the Delaware inside the Art of Disney store. 

Japan

Figment is in need of a new wardrobe! The Wave of Inspiration can be found between the kimono and t-shirt section of Mitsukoshi Department Store. 

Morocco

Pigments of Figment is a mosaic artwork using his colors – orange, purple, and yellow. This can be found hanging on the walls of the outdoor marketplace. 

France

This artwork is in an indoor location but can be spotted from the outside! Walk around Plume et Palette shop to find a large canvas of Reflections of Imagination in the window.

Another window location! Head to the big window of The Toy Soldier gift shop to find looking very regal in Dragon in Blue. You’ll see Figment peeking through – but you may need to take a closer look to really find him here.

How (and Where) to Redeem Your Prize

For this festival’s prize, guests will receive one of four different figurines to paint! You can select from Figment, Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse and Goofy! 

I will sometimes redeem my prize first when I buy the map so I don’t miss out on a particular prize that I’d like. You can redeem your prize at the same locations where the maps are sold until February 22, 2023 or while supplies last.
