2021 Canada Booth Menu at Festival of the Holidays
O Canada, how we love thy Yukon booth. Back again this year, the new Yukon booth menu features all your favorite Canadian Christmas cuisine.
From Disney: “Jingle your bells with delightful dishes and libations from the Great White North—at the Canada Pavilion.”
🍽️ ORDER UP: We preferred the Buche de Noel to the previous selections at the France booth, so if you have to choose between buches, this is the one.

Seared Scallops Review

- Seared Scallops; $6.50
- with Parsnip Silk, Apple Chutney, and Hazelnut Croquant
WDW Magazine Editorial Director, Rain Blanken: “I get these every year they are offered at the fest and I’ve never been disappointed. Florida girls know that scallops need to be cooked just right… not rubbery (too done) not soupy (not done enough). The scallops here are always done to perfection. Aside from that (and scallops being done well is a big deal, it’s easy to get wrong), you need to try the parsnip silk. It’s something probably not a lot of people have tried before… it’s like mashed potatoes, but with a bite!”
Beef Bourguignon Review

- Beef Bourguignon; $6.00
- with Crushed Potatoes
WDW Magazine Editorial Director, Rain Blanken: “So hearty! With so much flavor, this dish is right in line with similarly plated potato-and-meat formulas around World Showcase. There’s enough here to share, but with the rich flavors of the sauce, you might get a little greedy. The $6.00 price point makes this an upscale snack, but if you think about it, the large portion size makes for a cheap lunch. If you’re planning on eating your way around the world, ask for help from those in your party who are dying to give this a taste.”
Maple Buche de Noel Review

- Maple Bûche de Noël; $4.75
- Maple mousse and cranberry rolled in gingerbread chiffon cake
WDW Magazine Editorial Director, Rain Blanken: “It’s good. The only thing you’ll need to debate is whether or not this buche de noel wins over the version in France. Try them both… I decided a few years ago that this was the only one for me. The maple flavor combined with the icing and cranberry is a plate of holiday heaven!”
🍪 SNICKERS-Doodle Cookie Review

- SNICKERS-Doodle Cookie made with SNICKERS bar pieces; $2.50 [NEW] (Holiday Cookie Stroll)
WDW Magazine Editorial Director, Rain Blanken: “The SNICKERS-Doodle Cookie is one of the cookies on the 2021 Holiday Cookie Stroll. If you’re getting through a few of the milder choices (like the chocolate crinkle cookie at the America booth) the Snickerdoodle cookie will be a pleasant burst of flavor. That said, it’s really sweet, so share if you’re not into a sugary charge.”
