Moroccan Seafood Couscous Review

Seafood Couscous Review. Photo by Julie de la Fe
- [NEW] Moroccan Seafood Couscous; $7.25
- With Shrimp, Mussels, Olives, Preserved Lemons, and Anchovy Breadcrumbs
WDW Magazine reporter, Julie de la Fe: “This seemed to be a booth favorite by fellow festival-goers. The bed of couscous was topped with olives, a few shrimp, and a couple of mussels. I wish the temperature and spice were more defined on this dish but probably rank this as my favorite from this booth.”

Shakshuka Review. Photo by Julie de la Fe
- [NEW] Shakshuka; $5.50
- Moroccan Baked Eggs in a Spiced Eggplant and Tomato Stew
WDW Magazine reporter, Julie de la Fe: “I wasn’t expecting for this to come as a dip but was provided with three pieces of flatbread. The blend of egg, eggplant, and tomatoes just didn’t seem to have much flavor. Again the temperature was not a warm as expected and was hard to transfer to the flatbread pieces.”

Lemon Magdalena Cake Review. Photo by Julie de la Fe
- [NEW] Lemon Magdalena Cake (Plant-Based); $4.50
- With Fig Compote and Sangria Gel
WDW Magazine reporter, Julie de la Fe: “I was really looking forward to this dessert as I love lemon sweets. The flavors were actually great together. The fig compote was sweet, almost candied and the sangria gel was good, just sparse. The cake was dry which was the only downside to this dessert.”
