Menu Highlights at the 2021 Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic

The 2021 Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic promises to be an appetizing event whether it’s your first or 10th. But it’ll be especially rewarding if you have a past favorite, because it may just be back this year.

Among the top popular dishes making a return for the 2021 Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic are:
- Shula’s Steak House: Roasted Linz heritage black angus beef tenderloin
- Served with mashed potatoes, roasted carrots, and hollandaise sauce
- Cabana: Vegetarian rice bowl
- Roasted organic vegetables, seasoned sushi rice, curry sauce, and tempura crunch
