The 2021 Rotunda Bistro booth menu at EPCOT Food and Wine Festival is another new booth this year and is packed with healthy but delicious seafood and produce.

Reporter, Tina Chiu:My favorite out of the two seafood dishes. I enjoyed the chilled temperature of the shrimp and found it very fresh with a snap.”

Communications Director, Tatjana Lazar: “I wanted to like this so badly, but it fell flat. There was NO hint of truffle to this dish, and the inside was cold. I’m a  huge fan of truffle so I was pretty disappointed with this one.”

Reporter, Tina Chiu: “The mushroom flavor wasn’t bad however I was hoping for a flakier tart crust.”

Reporter, Tina Chiu: “I really wanted to like this one because I’m a huge fan of crab, avocado, and caviar. Besides enjoying the avocado, I couldn’t really taste the crab or caviar flavors. Also the texture was all too similar for me.”
