Shrimp Pho Review

  • Shrimp and Coconut Curry Rice Noodles (New!); $6.25
    • 🙂 Gluten/Wheat-friendly
    • With Shiitake Mushrooms and Thai Basil

Communications Director, Tatjana Lazar: “I didn’t find the Shrimp and coconut flavors to be well balanced by other spices or herbs. It just had a very “shimpy, coconutty” flavor with not much else.”

Reporter, Tina Chiu: “I enjoyed the shrimp and coconut flavor but it was another dish that had a kick of spice.”

Beef Pho Review

  • Traditional Spicy Vietnamese Beef Pho (New!); $5.50
    • 🙂 Gluten/Wheat-friendly
    •  with Shaved Beef, Enoki Mushrooms, and Thai Basil

Communications Director, Tatjana Lazar: “This dish was CRAZY spicy! I think it may have been the jalapenos on top of the sriracha that put it over the edge. The flavors were good, if you could get past the spice.

Reporter, Tina Chiu: “I was so looking forward to this because I love pho and enjoy some spice in mine. However, this dish was so spicy that my mouth was still on fire minutes after eating.”

Pork Udon Review

  • Char Siu Pork Udon (New!); $5.50
    • With Enoki Mushrooms, Bok Choy, and Soy Pickled Egg

Communications Director, Tatjana Lazar: “Absolutely my fav dish at the festival! Sooo tasty I finished the whole bowl of hot soup despite the Florida sun beating down on me.”

Reporter, Tina Chiu: “This was the winner of the booth. The broth was on the sweeter side compared to the other two and the pork was super tender.”
