Kālua Pork Review

- Kālua Pork; $5.25
- with Okinawa Purple Sweet Potatoes and Mango Salad
WDW Magazine Editorial Director, Rain Blanken: “Hearty and fresh at the same time isn’t always easy to achieve, but the Hawaii booth seems to specialize in this kind of flavor combo. The mango chunks add a lightness to the deep flavors of the pork. The potatoes in our serving didn’t have a lot of flavor, but that’s ok… they are doing their job to support the pork and mango with some much-needed creaminess and mild taste.”
Haupia Review

- Haupia; $4.50
- Hawaiian Coconut Pudding with Candied Macadamia Nuts and Coconut
WDW Magazine Editorial Director, Rain Blanken: “Just like the Passion Fruit Cheesecake at the 2021 Food & Wine Festival, Hawaii once again delivers a mildly sweet dessert. If you’re into subtle flavors without too much sugary sweetness, this fresh lil cake is for you.”
