The Mele Kalikimaka Hawaii booth menu is back for 2021 with tropical seasonal delights. That’s right: It’s an Aulani kind of Christmas. From Disney: “Savor the flavor of fabulous, festive food and beverages from the islands of Hawaii.”

🍽️ ORDER UP: Get the salmon! The salmon dishes at the Hawaii booth are always fire.

Kālua Pork Review

  • Kālua Pork; $5.25
    • with Okinawa Purple Sweet Potatoes and Mango Salad

WDW Magazine Editorial Director, Rain Blanken: “Hearty and fresh at the same time isn’t always easy to achieve, but the Hawaii booth seems to specialize in this kind of flavor combo. The mango chunks add a lightness to the deep flavors of the pork. The potatoes in our serving didn’t have a lot of flavor, but that’s ok… they are doing their job to support the pork and mango with some much-needed creaminess and mild taste.”

Haupia Review

  • Haupia; $4.50
    • Hawaiian Coconut Pudding with Candied Macadamia Nuts and Coconut

WDW Magazine Editorial Director, Rain Blanken: “Just like the Passion Fruit Cheesecake at the 2021 Food & Wine Festival, Hawaii once again delivers a mildly sweet dessert. If you’re into subtle flavors without too much sugary sweetness, this fresh lil cake is for you.”
