2021 America Booth Menu
The America Pavilion may not have the most exciting food compared to other countries, but the Magnolia Terrace booth has some great options, including that pecan cake!

America Booth Photos and Reviews
Press photos are one thing, but honest reviews and on-site photos are better! Here are photos of what we were served and our candid thoughts on this year’s selections.
Crawfish Etouffee Review

- [NEW] Crawfish Étouffée; $7.25
- With Andouille Sausage and Dirty Rice
WDW Magazine reporter, Sara Bryce: “The Crawfish Etouffee was my favorite dish of the day, the portion was hearty and the flavors from the crawfish, sausage, and rice paired perfectly together! Overall it had a kick to it that reminded me of gumbo, absolutely delicious.”
Roasted Oysters Review

Cajun Roasted Oysters. Photo by Rain Blanken
- Cajun-style Roasted Oysters; $7.50
WDW Magazine Managing Editor, Rain Blanken: “For those scouring EPCOT looking for a few oysters, you’ll like these roasted oyster selections. They were cooked well, with bits of crispy breading and oil lingering on top. There wasn’t too much flavor to compete with the taste of the oysters, so if you’re someone who typically piles on the fixins for your oysters, you may find this dish a bit sparse.”
Boudin Two Ways Review

- House-made Boudin Two Ways with Spicy Mustard; $5.50
WDW Magazine Managing Editor, Rain Blanken: “If you like spice, then this one is for you. I am a weakling when it comes to spicy food, but even I could appreciate the flavors running under the spiciness. Those looking for a bit of cookout in the America Pavilion will enjoy the smoky flavors and tangy mustard.”
Pecan Cake Review

- Pecan Cake with Maple Whipped Cream; $4.75
WDW Magazine reporter, Allyson Koerner: “The Pecan Cake is served with a drizzle of maple syrup, maple-flavored whipped cream, and giant pecans. It is beyond delicious and not overly sweet. The whipped cream didn’t taste too much like maple, but other than the cake was perfect. It is a bit heavier, so that’s something to keep in mind, especially on a hot day.”

WDW Magazine Managing Editor, Rain Blanken: “This is a thick cake, and a bit on the dry side, but the maple syrup is enough to make up for it. Think coffee cake, but heavier. Use that whipped cream and maple to douse every bite in some moisture and this is a good dessert for one, and even better to share.”
Bayou Cocktail Review

Bayou Cocktail. Photo by Sara Bryce
- [NEW] Bayou Cocktail; $11.00
- Bayou Spiced Rum, Coconut Rum, Fruit Punch, and Minute Maid Orange Juice
WDW Magazine reporter, Sara Bryce: “The Bayou Cocktail had flavors of fruit punch and a delicious orange garnish, but the coconut rum really overpowered this drink. It was refreshing and quite strong, but you should pass if coconut isn’t your jam.”
