2021 Le Marché de Noël Booth Menu at Festival of the Holidays
The France booth menu for 2021 is a returning fan-favorite Holiday Kitchen, serving up French favorites that satisfy the appetite and the need for a drink that’s a little, shall we say, stronger.
From Disney: “Feast on très magnifique fare, wine and specialty cocktails from the France Pavilion.”
🍽️ ORDER UP: Sure, Christmas in the French Alps sounds amazing, but if you can only make it to Orlando, make the best of it by trying one of the great dinners on offer at the France Holiday Kitchen.

- Smoked salmon napoleon with layers of smoked salmon, dill mousse, and crème fraîche mousse served in brioche
WDW Magazine reporter Tina Chiu’s review: “I wasn’t able to try the whole thing because I’m allergic to dill, but I tried a piece of the salmon, and it tasted very fresh. The brioche itself was fine, but I don’t know if it added anything to the dish.”
