    • Braised Beef on a Corn Tortilla with Crispy Grilled Monterey Jack Cheese and Salsa Ranchera

WDW Magazine reporter, Julie de la Fe: This braised beef taco was a little on the chewier side but I absolutely loved the taste of the baked cheese around the outside.  The side of salsa added just the right flavor.  Cheese lovers will appreciate this taco!”

Sope de Chorizo Review

  • Sope de Chorizo (Gluten/Wheat Friendly, Plant-Based); $6.75
    • Plant-based Ground Chorizo on Fried Corn Dough with Black Beans and Avocado Mousse

WDW Magazine reporter, Julie de la Fe: “The sope was the spiciest of the three foods due to the delicious chorizo.  The spice wasn’t overwhelming but my taste buds appreciated the spiciness being offset by the avocado mousse and the black beans.”
