Press photos are one thing— honest reviews and on-site photos are better! This is where we will post photos of what we were served and our candid thoughts on this year’s selections.
Beignet aux Trois Fromage Review

- Beignet aux Trois Fromages (New!)
- Warm Beignet filled with Three Cheeses
Director of Communications, Tatjana Lazar: “This item was a miss. The interior cheese filling was very bland, and the texture was a little off. I expected delicious melty cheese, but it was more of a custard.” Alternative: The griddled cheese at the Greece booth.
Croissant aux Escargots

- Croissant aux Escargots
- Escargot Croissant with Garlic and Parsley
Director of Communications, Tatjana Lazar: “This was my first time trying escargot, and after hearing great things about this dish for years, I was pretty disappointed. The flavors were very mild, and the croissant wasn’t flaky or buttery whatsoever. It was a pretty bland dish overall.”
Coq au Vin Pommes Dauphine Review

- Coq au Vin, Pommes Dauphine (New!)
- Chicken braised in Burgundy Wine with Bacon and Puffed Potatoes
Director of Communications, Tatjana Lazar: “This was a surprise hit! I was not expecting to love this dish as much as I did! The chicken and potatoes were cooked perfectly, and the flavors packed a punch! I would definitely order this again.”
Creme Brulee Review

- Crème Brûlée au Grand Mariner (New!)(Contains alcohol)
- Vanilla Crème Brûlée with Grand Marnier Liqueur
Communications Director, Tatjana Lazar: “Definitely not the best creme brule I’ve ever had, but it was okay. The interior creme was a bit too runny, and the flavors were more bland than I would have liked.”
Strawberry Rose Mimosa Review

- Strawberry Rose Mimosa
- Pol Remy Sparkling Wine, Orange Juice, and Monin Strawberry Rose
Communications Director, Tatjana Lazar: “This was wonderful! I could have had a couple of these easily. An absolutely delicious take on the Mimosa.”
La Passion Martini Slushy Review

- La Passion Martini Slushy
- Vodka, Grey Goose Le Citron Vodka, Cranberry, and Passion Fruit Juice
Communications Director, Tatjana Lazar: “Thought this would be overrated but it was truly really good. The portion was great, though a little on the expensive side. Flavors were well distributed throughout the “slush” so you didn’t ever have a moment where you felt like you were drinking ice.”
