Braised Pork Belly Adobo with Garlic Fried Rice

- Review: The rice was delicious and super garlicky. The pork belly had good flavor but was a little on the fatty side. Imagine if bacon and steak had a baby.
Calamansi Melon Lemonade

- Menu description: Calamansi, cantaloupe, and house-made lemonade
- Review: It was not too sweet. Very tangy and a tropical citrusy taste that was refreshing. This was a good portion and beautifully garnished.

Nashville Hot Turkey Slider with Dill Pickle

- Review: Though we wish that it had double the amount of pickles and was a little bit spicier, we did find this dish to look quite cute. But the small bread isn’t practical! The saving grace for this dish: The turkey is well seasoned and juicy.
Beef Pot Roast on Potato Roll

- Menu description: With horseradish cream.
- Review: This was really tender and flavorful. It was slight salty, and we enjoyed the chunks of carrot. The roll itself was nothing to write home about, but overall, the dish is great.
Bourbon Cranberry Cocktail

- Menu description: Bourbon, cranberry, orange, and cinnamon
- Review: They were NOT shy with the bourbon in this cocktail! We loved the frosted cranberry garnish. This drink is quite tart and has a little bit of dusting of cinnamon flavor.
Prickly Pear Tea Lemonade

- Menu description: Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Co. Ceylon Black Tea cold brew, prickly pear beverage syrup, and house-made lemonade
- Review: This drink is excellent! The Joffrey’s tea (which is delicious on its own) is perfectly paired (or peared, if you will) with prickly pear purée and housemade lemonade. Not too sweet, not too tart. Really nice balance and refreshing.

Chana Masala with Grilled Garlic Naan

Chana Masala with Grilled Garlic Nan. Photo by Stephanie Shuster
- Review: The nan wasn’t our favorite thing (ha!), but we loved the chana masala. It had a nice curry flavor with a little bit of warm spice. It was not too heavy and had fresh tomatoes, onions, and cilantro on top that really brightened the dish.
Holiday Stuffing Mac & Cheese

Holiday Stuffing Mac and Cheese. Photo by Stephanie Shuster
- Review: Nothing super innovative with this dish, but comfort food at its finest. This dish isn’t too cheesy, and it’s got a really crispy bread crumb topping that we loved. The stuffing vibes come from the poultry seasoning mix in the bread crumbs.
Hibiscus Ginger Mezcal Mule

Hibiscus Ginger Mezcal Mule. Photo by Stephanie Shuster
- Menu description: Mezcal, house-made hibiscus syrup, ginger, lime juice, and Topo Chico Mineral Water
- Review: This drink is delightfully gingery and plenty sweet from the syrup. The lime juice really brightens the whole drink up. We weren’t expecting it to be fizzy, a property it gets from the mineral water. Careful: The mezcal really packs a punch.
