Cider House Booth Reviews
Cheddar Cheese Biscuit Review

- House-made Potato and Cheddar Cheese Biscuit; $5.50
- With Smoked Salmon Tartare
WDW Magazine Managing Editor, Rain Blanken: “Whoever decided to spotlight the biscuit in the title of this dish really missed the show-stopper. It’s smoked salmon tartare. A HUGE scoop of it. Anyone who loves a good smoked salmon treat is going to love this. The biscuit was very dense and decent to eat with the tartare, but let’s be real, here. It’s all about the salmon.”
Chocolate Raspberry Tart Review

- Dark Chocolate Raspberry Tart with Whipped Cream;$4.25
WDW Magazine Managing Editor, Rain Blanken: “This dramatic tart looks a bit murderous, and it’s definitely a death-by-chocolate situation. The shell was crispy, and inside, the chocolate mousse was a sweet surprise. The raspberry jam and crisp pearls were the best part. A solid bet for dessert at the fest.”
