WDW Magazine Editorial Director, Rain Blanken: “I hope you’re hungry, or with friends. This dish is no sample size… if you want to survive a full trek of tastes around the world, grab three forks and share! The spatzle is seasoned well, the pork schnitzel was crispy, and the cabbage added a nice contrast in flavor. On a chilly day, your mushroom sauce will cool off fast, so don’t hesitate for long to dig in.”

WDW Magazine Editorial Director, Rain Blanken: “To be honest, I really just want to write here… ‘it’s a cheese bread bowl. You know what to do.’ But in the interest of helping you make a financial decision at the fest, here are the deets. The portion is big. It’s another one to share from the Bavaria booth. The potatoes are hot lil gifts on a chilly Florida day (hey, it’s true, those happen) and the rest of the veggies give you some playful variety to dip in the cheese pool.”
🍪Linzer Cookie

- 🍪 Linzer Cookie; $2.50 (Holiday Cookie Stroll)
WDW Magazine Editorial Director, Rain Blanken: “A favorite cookie at the fest! the filling is not too sweet, but lends some fruity deliciousness to the otherwise mild dough. Want to plus this treat? Pick a punched-up drink. A sweet wine is a fantastic pairing, or even a hoppy beer.”
