Lamb Chop Review

Disney Magic! We got two! Photo by Rain Blanken
- Roasted Lamb Chop; $8.25
- 🙂 Gluten/Wheat-friendly
- Served with Sweet Potato Purée, Bush Berry Pea Salad, and Pistachio-Pomegranate Gremolata
Editorial Director, Rain Blanken: “This is a favorite of the fest. The lamb is done to perfection and the sweet sauce compliments it well. To prevent too much mush, the pistachios give some crunch. My favorite part, though, is the sweet potato puree… mashed sweet potatoes as we call ’em in the south.”
TIP: We went on a very uncrowded day and were treated to TWO lamb chops on one plate! We can’t guarantee this will happen for you, but just saying, Disney magic is real. If you want to give it a try, go during a weekday during low crowds. Don’t ask for it, though, let the Cast Member decide if thee art worthy of thine second chop.
Deconstructed Pavlova Review

Editorial Director, Rain Blanken: “You know what they say about well-laid plans… our pavlova seemed to have been deconstructed more than once. That said, what was on the plate was a tasty splash of fruit and custard. If you’re looking for a light fruity treat, head over to the Hawaii booth for the Passion Fruit Cheesecake instead.”
Wine Flight Review

- Wine Flight; $6.50
Wine Flight Review: All three wines in the wine flight at the Australia booth are new for 2021:
- Cape Mentelle Sauvignon Blanc Semillon: “This wine is not as sweet as I expected, but it still has nice hints of fruit that are refreshing on a hot day in EPCOT.” – Managing Editor, Timothy Moore
- Robert Oatley Chardonnay: “This dry wine smelled and tasted like the smoke of a fireworks show. Maybe hang on to yours to compare to the scent of EPCOT Forever?” – Managing Editor, Timothy Moore
- Château Tanunda Grand Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon: “The only red in this flight is the driest of them all. As a dry wine drinker, I easily rank this the best of the flight.” – Managing Editor, Timothy Moore
