Is the iPad subscription different from the web version? If so can I cancel one and do the other?
Yes, the web version and the App are different purchases. Yes, it is possible to cancel one and move to the other.
i am having much difficulty with the web version. It wont allow me to download issue. Can i switch to the app version?

Just signed up with WDW Discount Club Dad’s Bundle which says it includes the WDW Magazine and I am getting the emails however I can not open the web version.

I just signed up for my apple iPad app and I can’t get into anything. It asked for my name and email when I did the registration. What do I do?
The Apple app and the web version (this version) are separate systems. Apple doesn’t share subscriber information with us. You should be able to access the Apple app on your iPad. To get access to the web version, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get you set up.
Carl when I purchased my subscription it included computer viewing and iPad has that changed?
No Maria. We can set you up with both.
I purchased the yearly subscription and when I try and login it asks for an account number which I was never given. I paid for this via iTunes subscriptions
To reset your iTunes subscription, open the app, click on the Subscribe button and choose Restore All Purchases. That should get everything back.
If that doesn’t work send us an email at email@example.com and we’ll help you get things straightened out.
