      I just tried your account. It should work. You purchased the March issue (My Disney Experience) of the magazine. You should be able to access it after you login. If you continue to have problems send us an email at support@wdwmag.com.

  2. I purchased the monthly subscription and I’m not able to log in. I don’t have a password and when I click to “reset password” I never receive the emails (& not in my spam mail).

  3. my question is are the hard copies available to subscribe for I would prefer a physical magazine? or is only on line?

  4. Are these magazines downloadable to my computer or are they only viewable on your website? If the later applies, what happens if we purchase issues and then, for some unknown reason you decide to discontinue the magazine? Will we loose the ability to read the magazines we have previously purchased?

      Yes, all of our issues have a download feature. There is a link at the bottom of each issue where you can download them. As to the unknown reason, I can’t foresee that happening but if it were to there would be a period of time that the magazines would be available. I’m not sure I can do much better than that. We would do our best to honor every subscription.

      Michele,

      No the WDW Discount Club and WDW Magazine are separate and take separate subscriptions. We will have a very special deal next month for Discount Club subscribers.

  5. I have a subscription in the U.K. For the app, can I access the web version?
    From previous posts it looks like I have to have one or the other.
    If this is the case, can I change to the web version please and how do I do this?
